Code-Driven Design System Leadership

• Built pre-Tailwind Design System at HP, reducing design bugs by 90%
• Coded and maintained HTML/CSS components for seamless integration across web platforms
• Designed directly in code using resposive design and utility-first methodology to support scalable UI
• Governed design consistency by managing component inclusion and merging to master
• Champtioned adoption across multiple distributed engineering teams, ensuring efficiency and consistency in design
• Authored SVG icon libraries and pattern libraries optimized for performance and clarity
• Championed accessibility (WCAG/508) in all reusable system components

UX & Front-End Execution in Production

• Designed and implemented responsive enrollment flows across web, mobile, and desktop
• Eliminated redundancy but customized content for better user engagement, i.e. internationalization and localization (i18n) across 22 countries and locales
• Wrote microcopy and added UI elements supporting clarity, building user trust, and promoting self-service
• Audited user journeys and aligned interface with UX standards and unique user persona requirments
• Created strategic calls to action for pilots, A/B tests, or high-lift components to encourage maximum user engagement

Designing for People, Not Just Users

• Applied user journey mapping and user persona development to refine flows
• Implemented dynamic (metadata or context aware content) and human-centered designs
• Designed interfaces with accessibility and empathy as core priorities
• Crafted the UI/UX of an AI chatbot (via LLM training) to provide ethical responses

• Won the HP Redefining Customer Experience Award for printer replacement which reduced support calls from 30+ min to a simple 4-step process saving ~$300,000 anually
• Managed product roadmap and stability for 6M+ users, while achieving 98%+ uptime during 2 complete website design rebrands
